I think I finally understand why. Yesterday, the Bham News prevailed in getting PF's lawsuit unsealed. There are a couple of interesting things that answer in my mind why it is PF has waged war against us in the court of innuendo.

Seemingly the crux of it is that PF is suing Citadel for their bankruptsy filing without informing him and more importantly because of the resultant renegotiation of pf's contract with Citadel. He says that it was unfair but what's interesting is Citadel's implication that PF's show had poor financial numbers and the renegotiation was justified due to poor performance.

The prevailing winds seem to be blowing PF to a new station in bham.... if he can get out of his current contract.

SOOOO, here goes...I've always understood that DS is such an attention whore, that he'd do absolutely anything to be relevant in any context, (up to and including trying to escape from his coffin from the bottom of the dead sea.......Surely you can appreciate the irony of that!!) His willingless to participate in this in such an 'all in' manner, I get. PF...why?

RATINGS. Right now, he's trying in court to prove that he was reduced in value as a personality not because of poor showings in the ratings but due to Citadels over all financial issues. What better way to support the argument with a blitz like this one that will have every mulldyke in the nation foaming at the mouth. Radio is still about selling advertising dollars. Reviled, yes! Hated? most assuredly..Listened to? yep that too.

Here's a guess...I think you'll see the following scenario play out.
- fb's suit gets settled and he is released.
- fb joins the zone.
- fb invites ds on as one of his first guests and they completely ignore the whole Cam think and talk about points.
- this thing is finally over because nobody really needs it anymore..'cept the mullets. And everyone hates a mullet, even pf.
