I trust CGC's call whatever it is. I'd rather suffer without him than have him put a black mark on Auburn's name with future problems. That is assuming that he is a trouble maker and of that I don't know. These days it is really hard not to quickly jump to conclussions with all the obvious targeted attacks that Auburn receives from the media. In this situation though, I am leaning towards Dee as the cause. This does not mean he is a bad apple by any means but Chizik will be the judge of that and I know by his commitment and his past decisions that he will do what is right and what is best for Auburn.

I heard Dee on Eyes on Auburn tuesday and he sounded like he was cool headed and leveled. He has a lot on his plate and he is a young man. The stress is probably getting to him.

I'm sorry but the obsession, or even interest for that matter, with the goings on and travails of 16 and 17 year-old kids says more about the "adults" who follow it than the kid.

Also, the Head Coach of those UNA back-to-back championship teams was Bobby Wallace. Wallace was an assistant coach at Auburn and was responsible for recruiting and turning Bo Jackson to Auburn. Coach Basden had a pretty good college record under a Head Coach tutored and mentored at Auburn by Pat Dye. Don't know why he would have anything against us. This is probably a youngster that has gotten too big for his britches and needs a wake-up call. Basden probably did us a favor. Liner either gets his stuff straight before getting here or we don's waste a scholly on him. Sounding a lot like Pike at this point.

First question is ... why is a coach tweeting about the status of a football player?
