Dee Liner is a defensive lineman. Defensive linemen are taught to attack the football. He was in Tuscaloosa this weekend. He has committed to Auburn. The hallowed crystal football was broken. Mere coincidence or just an opportunity to practice?

I hope that he sticks to his plan....but I wouldn't be shocked to see the evil one work his woe.

Yeldon was 100% and vocal and positive and all that crap. To me, there is NO reason for a 100% Auburn man to go to UAT's A-Day game. All of his reassurance just makes me that much more aprehensive...like TJ. As one post said above, actions speak louder than words.

If I was a highly touted college prospect, I'd take all of my visits, and I would go to a big school like Alabama's A-day even if I was committed to Auburn. I'm pretty sure these kids don't look at it the same way we die hard fans do. They are 17 year old kids who have probably never had the opportunity to take a trip and have the red carpet rolled out for them. It's like a free paid vacation...but better because everyone makes a big deal over you.
Chill out guys...if Liner wants to come to Auburn, he'll come to Auburn...and understand that there is no such thing as 100% commitment until the signed letter of intent.

Its going to be a very difficult year for this young man. Muscle Shoals is a crimson town and I am sure he will waiver very hard from the influence people will have on him. If it would be possible for him to transfer to Auburn High, it would help this situation.

There's a huge difference of AU fandom between Liner and us. We can't think of his being an AU fan in the same degree or level as us posters.

Yeldon never said War Damn Eagle! But you have to give TJYeldon credit, he did the math and he will get on the field earlier at Bama than he will at Auburn. Also, I think Auburn is going to be a pretty even spread of pass/run, while bammer will be mostly run as defenses shut down AJMcSkinny.
