All it takes is that one or two guys to make a major difference (see 2010). With a Garner and Craig on the staff - coupled with Malzahn's offense - Auburn should be able to garner those signatures.

CGM seems to be going at this head coaching gig in a really serious manner - no signs of ego sticking out thus far. Nice change of pace around here.

Shoot, as much time as Trooper spent with Cam on the sideline, you would have thought he was the QB coach. DC & RB are late Christmas presents from Gus Malzhan to the WHOLE Auburn Nation. WDE!!!!! SEC West better be ready, if GM does as good a job coaching, as he does hiring his coaching staff......it won't be long before he is reaching down to slap Nick "Knee High" Saban. I agree, but at the same time I think you're selling Harbison and Smith short. They're also outstanding recruiters.

Weren't most of these new coaches the recruiting coordinators on their previous teams? Anyone know how many? It should be a great ride into the future! WAR EAGLE !!!

I wasn't intentionally dissing those guys. I just KNOW what I've heard about the recruiting prowess of the former Auburn guys. The other two may be even better.

RG was one of the original super recruiters, and of course DC has been one of the only coaches who routinely takes top players from in state.

The problem with the former staff was developing and retaining. Lets hope these guys, who are a little older, can do better with that.
