Got a super Vinci during duck season so this will be its first season in the turkey woods. I want to get a choke and am looking for some opinions. Im down to a kicks .670 or a indian creek .665. For the past two seasons iv been using hevishot mag blend with great results and will continue to use it. What say y'all?
I don't have a Super Vinci, I have the M2............and my opinion is to try several loads with the choke that came with the gun FIRST. Why not? May be sufficient.
On a side note, I tried to use my Full with the M2 and couldn't find a shell I just really liked. Matter of fact, I lost two very large birds at close range. I am on the market for a new choke myself. The manufacturers chokes work great for duck/pheasant hunting though and never had a problem. I am probably going to buy a Carlson's when I get one this year.
Good friends are hard to find. Enjoy every moment you have with them.
