Dive for the thrill, shoot for the kill.
I'll bite. Why did he say it was because of him?
kick 'em in the ass, big blue.
I was going to put a witty joke here, but I forgot bama fans still use picture books. So I thought I'd expedite the process for you...
read the link. a year into the league and he already believes he's the best thing going.
It's not how he planned it, but Cleveland Browns running back Trent Richardson has changed the NFL forever after only one year in the league -- or so he believes. The league's owners on Wednesday voted 31-1 in
Well much as i dislike bama, It did say in the article that the committee used that video of his helmet hit on Kurt Coleman (what a hit!) to get votes. So while I think his hit is not the only reason, it is a BIG reason why that law was passed. That kid is one tank of a RB.
No, Rent is not a BIG reason they changed the rule. The NFL has been trying to make the game less violent for a while now. They're getting sued because of concussions. Rent isn't the reason for the change, money is.
It pretty much is
They used him as Exhibit A, so there is something to his sentiment. Just because you guys hate bama so much doesn't make everything they do or say arrogant and evil. Go watch ESPN. I watched yesterday as they played the hit from Richardson onto Kurt Coleman over and over and over again. It wasn't the reason, but it sure was hard exhibit A evidence.
People really need to quit looking for reasons to cry over Bama. Richardson is a good guy (took a girl with cancer to prom as it was her wish) and is a good football player. Get over it.
Today is a great day to love Auburn, a little better than yesterday but not as good as tomorrow.
If you cant be honest....whats the point of being anything?
It really doesn't matter if they used that video as Exhibit A, B or C. The reason the rule is changing is money and lawsuits. The NFL is trying to provide evidence that they are doing something to make the game less violent. They could have picked at least 5 different plays over the course of the season or really over the last several seasons. ESPN just happened to pick that one because it is one of the more violent. I do hate uat, but that's not why I disagree. I disagree because I think it's about money and safety, not Rent. JMO.
Ok imagine it from this point of view. You're in grade school and a bunch of your classmates have been acting up and now the whole class is not allowed to go on a field trip. You get caught on camera doing the same thing everyone else has been doing and they show it to everyone as a "this is why we can't have nice things" point. You would feel guilty too. Trent knows he isn't theonly reason, but they sure used that hit as a scapegoat and as exhibit A.
Also, I wasn't just speaking to you, or to you at all. My post was mostly directed towards the OP who clearly is a bit insecure with his hatred for Bama.
