This may not have been the first rodeo for CGC but it sure as heck was my first. I couldn't concentrate at work all day, kept having to go to the restroom before the kickoff, the heart felt funny the whole game and had to go outside during commercials to gulp in the cold air, could not remember when it was that Cam hurt his back, etc. I scared the dogs yelling at the fumble with 5:00 left. The whole episode was not enjoyable at all until the clock said 0:00.
I'll say one thing though...I was staring right at ole Wes as he was kicking the game winner. Friends told me later they could not watch and even Cam over on the sidelines did not look.

I am an Auburn University Senior, I couldn't sleep the night before man. I know what you mean. I was at the Kentucky game earlier this year and did not watch as Wes kicked his game winner. I didn't miss this one though, I was nervous for most of the game but I had a great time watching it as well, and when we started our last drive I knew we were going down to win.
War Eagle buddy.
Fearless and true.
I say this with the utmost sincerity: I was never nervous. I knew Byrum was going to make it. I knew we would not be denied. Too many things fell our way this year for it to end any other way.
Dyin' ain't much of a living, boy - you know who
