Ok, the dust has settled a bit now. What's the word? Will he return? Do "YOU" want him back? Should he automatically be redshirted, so he can have considerable time to grow up and into the QB position. It's not like he has a legitimate shot to start for at least the next 2-years.....so, I'd think a redshirt would be a given. I believe in hard line discipline, but also in mercy and grace, but so long as it's being taken seriously! What say "YOU?
*Let's not forget that we are discussing an 18-yr-old kid. Think about what "YOU" were doing at that age....

Come back Zeke!
I don't wanna see him give up

Right now, it's still undecided if Zeke will actually come back. It's still completely up to him to do the things that are required for him to come back. There is still 2 and a half weeks left of the summer semester and no determination will be made one way or another. He and his family will talk with Chizik and Leoffler and he will be accepted back onto the team if he has done what has been asked of him. As far as redshirting, and this is just my opinion, I believe that was the plan all along. I would say that there is definitely a much stronger possibility now that all of this has happened. I personally want Zeke to come back, as do the teammates of his that I've talked with. He's a good kid, just had some party/maturity type issues that overwhelmed him and got the best of him. Hopefully he'll learn from his mistakes and grow up to be a leader and a great Auburn man.
