WE COMING . WAR EAGLE !
Nice try. Mine was out by 8:00 last night. I take great pride in getting mine out to the street before the rest of the neighborhood
As soon as I leave for the bball tournament in the morning. I call an inlaw bonding exercise.
Da-yum. That's border-line.. BAH, HUM BUG!!
Earliest in my house is New Years. Latest.....maybe the 10th.
If you cant be honest....whats the point of being anything?
Traditionally , the tree comes down after the 12 days of Christmas , which would be January 7th. This is the day of the Epiphany, or when the 3 wisemen visited Baby Jesus. However, @ my house it will be this weekend!
I'm hoping to be able to take it down tomorrow if my year and a half old son will allow.
I was always told that it was bad luck to have the tree up on new year's day. I always thought that came from the days of real trees and the fire hazard increasing every day after the tree was cut down.
Tradition at my house comes down new years eve...have a party with fireworks
Tree and decorations have been taken down today. The tree had become a fire hazard.
Jan 6th. Feast of the epiphany. AKA the 12th day of Christmas.
