the Executive VP of Football Operations today? How would you like to be a head football coach and have the head of compliance your boss? Think most of the successful programs have their compliance director as head of football operations? Not saying it doesn't give credence to the puity of the football program but it reeks of the control that JJ and the staff wants to put on the new hire. Sources say that McGlynn was the one of the reasons that discipline went to hell because he told Chiz and Yoxall that workouts could not be dished out for discipline.....it had to be suspension. Wonder why we had so many suspensions? McGylenn wants the AD job after JJ moves on. McGylenn being the compliance director...I guess being named the AD after JJ depends on how the reported current NCAA issues turns out.
Care to comment on this PM/Ron?

Hold it one freaking minute. He might push or demand for suspension, but he did not keep the coaches from using Yox as the whip. Come on. I feel confident about our chances with the NCAA all due to this guy. Man our fan base has gone off the edge.
Disagree PM. Director of Compliance is what it is. He's not the boss of any HC for any sport. His job is to make sure they comply with NCAA... not the everyday running of the football practices, operations, etc. There's a big difference.
Still does not answer the question.....Did JJ name RM VP over football operations today?.
