"Alabama fans love Alabama football, Auburn fans love Auburn" -- Patrick Fain Dye
This is for the Auburn Family and everyone who played here before we did. I love ya'll, War Eagle!' Nosa Equae 10/19/13 Kyle Field Texas A&M
Malzahn approves of NOW Boot Camp! Well...not really...but he would if he knew about it :) www.nowbootcamp.com
This was a good year to use his Redford as well. Would have been nice to have him if needed, but with darvin, tzach, kodi and Emory, we need him 100% for this year

Luper said Fannin would have a 1000 yards IF he stayed healthy! Not a big fan of coaches making predictions, but he did leave himself an out!
We all know Fannin had the ability to tote the rock, just also had the ability to put it on the ground as well. After his fresman year, every time he touched the ball in a game I got a knot in my stomach. I knew he could take it the distance but also couldn't help worry about the ball popping out. Unfortunately, the ball seemed to pop out all to often.
Having rehabed a knee, ACL replacement, MCL repair, Miniscus damage as well, It can take time to get it back to where you don't think about every time you plant and cut on that leg. If he can get back to the point where he just runs and reacts, truly trusting the strength of his knee, then he will live up to all our expectations. If you never had a knee injury, that loss of trust in your own body is something you can't understand.

There is no way Luper knew what kind of impact Newton would have on the running game.
Strive for perfection in everything we do. Take the best that exists and make it better. When it does not exist, create it.
