I was thinking about something this morning. Looking back, I'm impressed with CGC's game management. Last night was a perfect example of time management, and ball placement. A few weeks ago against Clemson when we played for overtime, was another great decision.
I think overall the decisions and game management of CGC have been overlooked, but are an important reason this team is 6-0.
I agree. And CGM called a perfect game on the last series to chew up the last 7+ minutes of game clock. From what the announcers said, there's someone sitting in the booth that does NOTHING but help manage the clock. Smart move, imo.

This raises a question I was wondering what others thought . At the end we had 3rd and 2 on the two yard line with about15 sec. left. We elected to go with the FG. It wokrked and we won. But i wondered why we didn't run a play, like a Cam keeper, and then call time out for a FG try if we didn't score. It seems a run for a TD was less risky than a FG try and if the run failed the FG was still there. Your opinions?
Strive for perfection in everything we do. Take the best that exists and make it better. When it does not exist, create it.
