Defeat doesn't finish a man - quit does. A man is not finished when he's defeated. He's finished when he quits. - Richard Nixon
I think our society would be better off if people cared more about God than themselves, success or possessions.
+1 to you. I'd say Tim has his priorities in line, there.
Who would even ask the question? A sporting event versus eternity.
There is a old hymn that we use to sing at my home church entitled, " I'd Rather Have Jesus ", that comes to mind when I read this article. One of the lines say.. I'd rather have Jesus than be the king of a vast domain. The lady that wrote that article needs to google that song. It might help her understand what makes Tebow say such "crazy" things.
Dyin' ain't much of a living, boy - you know who
I don't know why this is even news worthy... New York media + Tebow crazies = an insane media blitz
It is a non-story. The NY Post is a tabloid newspaper. I'm not sure anyone reads it for legitimate info.

Newton's Law: A Newton in motion will remain in motion, unless acted upon by an endzone.
I would hope he does and would hope others who profess to be Christians would as well. Of course, Tim is not perfect but he certainly seems to be in the world but not of it and maintains his faith at a pretty high level. And I would say that he is doing more than a handful of hours for Christ on any basis you want to use as a reference.
It will be interesting to see how he handles New York and the media there in light of his faith and role on the Jets. One thing is for sure, he has sold more merchandise in three days than some Jets have sold in a lifetime and professional sport is a business.
Really guys? I've read the article 3 times now and have yet to find anything with a negative connotation other than the title. Not no mention that the quotes they picked happen to be quite endearing to TT..... Is it just that important to you that you be percieved as a victim?
