There is no way that weight is accurate. I've played basketball with him a few times and the kid is stout. He stood out athletically from the rest of the football players out there.
I would say he is closer to 190-195ish with a shot at being 200.
If his listed 40-yd dash time is even close to accurate, this kid will be a game-changer.

Had a chance to see him play for Leroy. He is scary fast. Can't wait to see him in action this year.
What about his height?
I definitely believe he will be a go to guy in loefflers offense. Now he just needs to find the right quarterback to throw to Coates. In my opinion is Frazier.
And the great starting QB debate begins anew! Moseley or Frazier? Pike? Or even Wallace? I am feeling a little sick just thinking about how many posts we are going to see on this, no offense to you dehills78. The QB's will be evaluated, and one will get the nod. If he doesn't work out on the field another will get his chance. IMO it is Moseley's job to lose - he has the game experience, and would have looked a whole lot better than he did if he had some protection. Or Frazier may leap over him going into the Fall. You know what? I don't care who wins it, because whoever it is, he will be wearing Orange and Blue.
QB race is definately wide open. As for Sammie I think there a couple inches off. I'm 6'2,and I've stood next to him a few times. More like 6'4 . When he came to Auburns camp he ran a 4.36. They made him run it again and he ran a 4.36 again. He left with an offer.
If this QB race goes down to the week before the first game again we will prob be in trouble. Pick somebody after spring, if you can't figure it out by then, we are hurting. The old saying fit us to a tee last year, If you have 2 Qbs, you really don't have 1.
His height is probably close to accurate. He MAY be 6'2.5"-6'3", but he definitely isn't 6'4".
Also Patrick Miller is not 6'7", imo. He looks closer to 6'4"-6'5" when I saw him at Moes BBQ on Friday.
I agree. When standing next to him I'd say Sammie is at least 6'3
Probably true with about 80% of players. Look how many are listed as shorter on the college depth chart than a recruiting site and then shorter at the NFL combine than in college
There is no way Patrick Miller is only 6'5. I'm 6 ft and he is at least 6 inches taller than me. And he was taller that Zeke Pike and Shane Callahan when they were walking together. They are both listed at 6'6....just saying!
Shane Callahan has to be right around 6'3 or 6'4 too. No way he's 6'6.
"The thing about quotes from the internet is that it’s hard to verify their authenticity." --Abraham Lincoln
I don't think that's correct. His personal trainer/coach is a frequent poster on TOS. He has said several times Shane is a legit 6'5''. He has posted pictures of them standing next to eachother and he is like 6'3'' himself and Shane is much taller. The guy is also an evaluator for O-linemen in the midwest for Rivals. Being Shane's coach he may be biased, but he wouldn't just flat out lie about something like his height which is easily verifiable and will be verified sooner rather than later since Shane is going through Spring practice. As an evaluator it would behoove him not to lie about something like a player's height.
There are also some coaches that are shorter than listed.
