Retired from the NFL. What a complete waste of God given talent.
Something I have always found interesting when it comes to RM is, he stayed in trouble w/the law when he was in high school & has stayed in trouble w/the law since he left Alabama. How did he manage to stay out of trouble for the 3 years he was there?
"you're so vain, I'll bet you think this post is about you, don't you? Don't you?"
How is that other guy who played like him and never got into trouble Orlando McCain doing?
I know what you're insinuating and I'm going to point out the same thing that I did 3 weeks ago when this exact same thread was made.
Nick Fairley - Never mentioned about getting in a hint of trouble at Auburn. Was arrested twice in a month as soon as he left for Marijuana and DUI.
Am I saying Rolando McClain was completely void of all illicit doings at Bama? Absolutely not. But you can bet your ass neither was Nick Fairley. It happens in all programs.
I was going to put a witty joke here, but I forgot bama fans still use picture books. So I thought I'd expedite the process for you...
Actually, I'm going to say that Fairley didn't get caught. When you look at all the suspensions and people being kicked off during the Chizik era, I doubt Fairley was caught doing anything with Chizik looking the other way. I don't know RM's situation at Bama. But, I don't buy that Auburn had anybody getting away with anything and I think the NCAA would have found misdoing with Nick Fairley the time they were there.
"Some guys just can't handle Vegas..."
Bama had players kicked out as well. Bama isn't all evil all the time and Auburn isn't all good all of the time. Nit picking like this is sad. Rolando is an idiot and a thug, doesn't mean he was caught just like Nick wasn't caught doing the exact same crap.
Saban hires security guards to sit outside players' homes.
Or was that someone else I'm thinking of?
I wasn't nit picking anything. I was making a comment. I said I doubt Fairley was caught doing anything with Auburn turning the other way. Not sure why you think I'm nit picking. I stated I don't know RM's situation. I said what I thought on Fairley. I don't think Alabama is all evil. They win and their coach cares about nothing but winning. I have no issue with that. I wouldn't mind a coach that only wanted to win and didn't give a damn about anything else but winning.

uat players are "processed", not kicked out. BTW, I don't think uat is all evil all the time, I just don't care for the players or the school they chose to attend. JMO.

What does that even mean? I keep seeing people say this all the time, but I really think it's a herd of sheep mentality we have here more than anything. And don't give me some black helo bs based on some off the wall bias against bama. What IS the PROCESS?
What happened with those four that were in that thing where four players kicked the crap out of a student and used his student debit card? What happened to them? Oh yeah, they were kicked off the team. Not "processed".
