With all of the signing day decisons and close to signing day decisions by these kids. Are any of you all worried that we will miss on them and be left holding the bag so to speak?
And if we do miss what is our back-up plan?
I am all for getting and going after the best. But it is a bit alarming that we have this many kids on our radar that are making the midnight decision. And I have the utmost confidence in Gus and staff. But when dealing with kids you often have ZERO clus what or when they are going to do something.
Just a question.

If you cant be honest....whats the point of being anything?
Got to play this game this late in recruiting when you have a brand new staff.
I know. I am just getting a bit ansy as the day draws near.
We have a ton of "Possibilities". And I just would like to know what our back-up plan would be. OR if we would just not sing the whole 27 that we are looking to sign.
I don't think we would sing the whole 27 if things go really wrong. I think we certainly have players that we will offer on singing day if we lose on some though. I think we will probably sing about 25. Next year we could count back if needed.
Auburn already has some potential backup plans visiting or already visited including RB/S Shane Tucker, LB Ro'Derrick Hoskins and S Chequan Burkett. ATH T.J. Green and Dijon Paschal are still being recruited by Auburn. There are certainly others out there and I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of new RB prospects pop up in the next two days.
The kiddie table is in the next room if you can't handle the pressure.
Welcome to top tier recruiting. Big dogs typically always walk last.
Bryan - is it belived that Reuben Foster will be a full qualifier? I have heard some rumor mill discussion that he has not met the requirements in a few areas to qualify. Any feedback you can offer?
Have you heard anything on rb Chunn from Madison County, are we showing him any interest? He sure seems like he would fit well in the new offense as a possible hback.
Thanks Bryan for all you do here. Good to know we are keeping some irons on the fire incase we need some more heat!
I don't worry about things like that. It's out my my control so let it be. Whomever decides to fax in his papers, WDE!! And those that choose elsewhere, good luck.
