I know its a products of losing, but if you are going to let people like insidesource post things about how our coaches have no control and things to that nature, can you confirm or deny. The reason I think a lot of people left other boards are for this reason. You atleast give you opinion and tell when things are off base or pretty close to reality. I dont want this board to turn in to the same thing. Thanks!
There is nothing wrong with him giving his opinion just as you have given yours. If you don't like it, ignore him.
Let there be no doubt, I am indeed a proud Pop!! War Eagle!!
I agree. The reason I left TOS was because of the people who bash the team are self proclaimed experts when the team is losing. If calling a football game was as easy as it seems from the seat in the stadium or comfort of our own recliner there would be more coaches out there getting in the game. But we cam all agree that there is certainly much that needs to be corrected with this team, and youth and inexperience has a lot to do with it. And who doesn't want Auburn to go undefeated every year and be competing for the SEC and BCS titles every year. But at the end of the day, Auburn is so much more than a football game or even a football season. And these boys who are playing each Saturday are Auburn men who are playing the best they can. Although I saw great discouragement this past week, I saw a desire to play well and win throughout the game. Also, the men coaching this football team are also Auburn Men who desire nothing less than to win every game and improve each week. Why else are they doing what they do? I love where the coaches have brought this program. I love that recruits walk away with a sense of family and direction. I love the faith in Jesus Christ these coaches don't shy away from. I love that the coaches love the players enough to discipline them when they have done something wrong and work to make them better men in life. I love this football team and agree with our Safety when I say, "I AM ALL IN", win or lose--and I'm afraid there will be more than we want of the losing this year--I AM ALL IN!
