War Eagle !!!
My wife is all about some David Yurman. It's pretty big with the ladies and it's easy to pick out. They like anything he makes.
Find something she'd never buy for herself that she feels is indulgent.
Find a way to meet a need of hers.
Give her something that she wants but won't splurge on for herself.
Then tell her she's worth even more than that and that you only want to make her happy.
Then enjoy your rewards.
It you buy her any kind of clothing make sure it is two sizes too small.

Auburn '99, Beta Zeta of Theta Xi
May be too late for this year but during the year I make notes on things she "wishes for" or comments about during the year. When it is time to shop I get out my list, cross off the items she already bought and decide from there what would make the nicest gift. If I give her something of a practical nature I will also give her something else to go with it like a piece of jewelry, unique candy, etc. I would avoid clothes. I tried this years ago after a few years of never hitting the target decided to stay away from any form of clothing.

That is a really awesome gift.......But $324 for a set of four is a bit ridiculous.
You can spend money. But consider washing and waxing your wife's car, fixing dinner, doing the dishes while she relaxes, and watching a movie of her choice. You may find that this is more than you want to "pay". However, she will be impressed.
