Since I'm off today I decided I was going haul off some exhaust parts. I did a full exhaust swap on my Trans Am. Anyways I'm at the local scrap yard and one of the workers spotted me in my Auburn shirt and hat and yells "That's an ugly a$$ shirt and hat" I ignore him cause he's on a forklift. I'm chatting with a younger guy since he was weighing my parts and checking the scrap price for my converters. Then the forklift driver comes back around tells the young man to tell me it's a ugly shirt and hat. The young guy agrees and say its pretty ugly, I chuckle as he hands me my receipt so I can get my money and I reply with well at least I'm not working at a scrap yard on a beautiful Friday morning so y'all have a blessed day and War Damn Eagle.
So replying back as a jerkwad to a couple other jerkwads composes an "Auburn moment?" Glad I don't define it as such. Getting a "zinger" in back at those two really made you no better than their initial pety/ignorant remarks. Wrong is wrong and stupid is stupid. At least that's what I've always been taught to believe.

Your moments are yours and mine are well mine. Even if they arent to your liking. Sorry I belittled the guy maybe that makes you feel better. I don't know if you like being cussed at but I'm sure you wouldn't take a verbal lashing for wearing a certain teams apparel for no reason at all.
I work in Human Resources. Just don't see the productivity in stooping to someone's level. Just my opinion though. I don't see how fighting fire with fire when it comes to childish insulting is a productive way to handle business. Maybe when I was like 16, but I'm only 27 so I'm far from "old" and just do not see any benefit from it now. To each their own I suppose. I've been cussed by people before for dumb things but never really saw fit to do anything back - they'd made a big enough ass of themselves in the first place for me to add anything else to it. Again, just my opinion. It's a discussion board so I thought I would share my input on the discussion. There really isn't a right or wrong.
