In yet another example of AU being our own enemies, the headline PM decided to put on that article is very misleading.
If I just read the headline, like 99% of people will do, you'll get the impression all of our previous staff is gone with no possibility of returning.
But if you read the article it's clear that it's a real possibility that some of the staff will be retained.
Headlines are powerful, especially when it's misleading. Love PM to death but we really need to think of the impact before we put headlines on articles.
Someone else too I guess.
You have no clue what PR is. We dont burn any bridges or make hastey moves. Not one coach will return.
There is very little possibility of anyone returning.
I thought they were technically already fired when Chizik was fired. Isn't he just saying they aren't going to be considered for the new staff? Maybe it's semantics...
"There is very little possibility of anyone returning."
and you know this how? If the coordinators are going to have a major input on what assistants are hired(which is what Malzahn told them)and they are not even hired yet........not sure why you would say this, unless you are going to be helping with the hiring.
Agree. Misleading. They were fired a week and a half ago. Not that I necessarily disagree with the decision wholeheartedly but I do think the headline is misleading.
