War Eagle !!!
Haven't seen it happen in a while, but shortly before kickoff, the drumline would warm up right there near the entrance of the student section. People would come in and watch on their way into the stadium. There used to be a grass area where they would do it, but it is now the area where the new statues are located.
That and the eagles cage where you could get pictures with it are things you don't see anymore.
The free movie at langdon hall. No fancy digital precision. The audible clicking of the projector (if closer to the back ;) ) the old bucket seats. Spring night air, crepe myrtl blooms and a Toomers lemonde for her lemon sour for me... Man it was special.

I also remember when there was fierce competition to win the contest for best decorations for homecoming. I think they still have the contest but don't think it is as big of a deal as when I was there.
Fearless and true.
The older I get and the longer I remain on campus, I really wish that the rat caps were still worn. Those kids look confused enough already every fall, but, damn, that would be pretty funny to see.
Wreck Tech Parade and Pajama party.
I remember watching "Apocalyse Now" in Langdon and the back of the room bombing the front with paper airplanes and then in a few the front bombing the back. Nobody was watching the movie.
Suprised that no one has mentioned the Alpha Psi rodeo.
