Ranked as the 4th toughest college football stadium to play in, nationally.
From Yahoo! Sports: The loudest, wildest fans in college football can be found at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, home of the Ohio State Buckeyes.
We will strive to make it the toughest!!!!!
Good friends are hard to find. Enjoy every moment you have with them.
Bama # 25 ... no that cant be right , I quit my job to be there to watch daddy saban and the mighty updykes play.
I like to see us in the Top 5 for sure....but that list is null and void because of who they pick for #6.
6. Sun Life Stadium, Florida: The Miami Hurricanes aren't the force they were in the mid-'90s, but the fans in South Florida are just as loyal as ever.
That is some kind of joke. Miami fans aren't even 6th in the ACC. They have horrible, horrible support. "Just as loyal as ever" only applies if you're pointing out that they still AREN'T loyal.

Nice. I'd pretty much agree with the rankings... Although I've never been to an OSU game. Want to, though. Have a friend in Columbus...
C/o '06. WDE! KCCO!

The key is that 7 stadiums, including 3 of the top 4 are in the SEC. It just adds to the value and reputation of the conference.

Wow. As an Ohio State grad, and someone who still buys student tickets every year, there is no way Ohio State tops the list. I even remember reading an article in the school paper where players said they liked playing on the road because the atmosphere was better in some other stadiums.

I'm loving that UAT was behind Syracuse, Washington and the Stony Brook Seawolves.

The article says over 100,000 rowdy college students pack the stadium..... when referencing the crowd at Ohio St. Really where does everyone else sit and just how many fans does that place hold....200,000. Glad to see AU at No. 4 but they could have had a lot better write up concerning the atmosphere at JHS - WDE

That's OK, keep repeating the lies and half-truths until they believe it.

I think the key to this list is winning percentage at home over an extended period of time. We've been pretty consistent winning at home, but TN and UAT have taken some pretty tough licks late in Fulmer's and Shula's reign.
WE COMING . WAR EAGLE !
Stony Brook! Bahhaahahahahahhahahhh
Completely validates the list IMO.
Cool post!!! +1
Someone was smoking crack when they made this list. Miami fans have dispersed to other teams...they sure as heck aren't @ the games!
You are so right. There is no place like the SEC.
That's kind of funny. I had a friend who got his engineering degree from Ohio State, and after he watched a few SEC games, he said that even the Michigan/OSU game doesn't compare to big SEC games. He said the Iron Bowl was a different league. Granted this was back in the late 90s when he finished up.
