that has a lot of experience. He worked with Gus last year and they won the conference. Just because a lot of folks have not heard of JB does not mean he is not a good coach. There are many many coaches in HS, JC and college that no one has heard of. DOes that meant they are bad coaches? Heck no. It could mena a lot of things.
Some coaches don't have the contacts needed to move up, they don't/may not want to leave where they are, they like the coaching/mentoring HS kids, etc, etc
One if the best OL coaches I know was my HS HC. He was at Troy State in the 70's (He is good friends with Chan Gailey and others). Then he became my HC. We won a state championship. He had no desire to move back to the CFB level. He was a great OL coach. Ask anyone that knows him; I have no doubt he would have been successful at AU, LSU, or wherever he would have gone.
Also, JB gels with Gus and is on the same page on blocking schemes, etc. So those complaining need to chill and wait it out.
