For our 20th anniversary. Looking for suggestions on places to eat and things to see. It's our first trip there.
The pink house.
Be sure to take a tour of the old"haunted" houses...at night.
Vic's on the river. Call for reservations or just sit at the bar. Fantastic food.
The Breakfast Club out on Tybee Island. Also The Crabshack is good.
Lady n Sons is a must. Go in the morning to reserve your time. Don't eat anything else. You will want to save room!
Pink house is definitely worth, it's really cool to walk through everything on River St. also the square's are fun to walk through and see various shops to dip in and out of. Savannah's candy shops which are there have the best pecan pralines ever and they have fresh samples you can taste each flavor walking through the door each time.
Lady and Sons which is Paula Deen's place it very good, go early avoid lines. Also Moon River Brewery was a great spot if you like different beer's, good selection with opportunities to try various sampler's. Rocks on the Roof which is the louge on top of the Bohemian Hotel on River street is a cool look out spot in the evening.
Lots of fun historic stuff to walk around and see. PM me if you want more, I went a few years back for our birthdays, great spot for a long weekend.

Pirates House on Broad Street is my favorite.
Uncle bubbas. Get the shrimp and grits. It's amazing. UB's is on Wilmington island . About a ten minute drive from river street

Attitude is Everything
Tubby's Tankhouse in Thunderbolt was my favorite place while living there. It's right on the river and not as touristy as River Street.
A great place for southern food is Mrs. Wilkes. It's a sit down pass it around type place, and the food is second to none.

The Gus Bus is coming! Get on or get run over, your choice!
I've got too much Auburn in me to act like bammer trash.
I'm sure you're staying at a nice hotel...Room service after you set up a bubble bath with candles and room full of fresh flowers and a nice matching diamond necklace, ear rings and bracelet set. You'll be famished the next day. Just a thought.
