The Russell County, Ala., sheriff says Brian Downings office this afternoon with his attorney and spoke by phone with the New Orleans police detective investigating the teabagging incident.
Alabama fans love Alabama football
Auburn fans love Auburn University
He will be making a lot of new friends in the New Orleans jail.
What comes around goes around, I imagine the prison guards will look the other way
While out on bail.....how many days do you give him until he's on Finescum?
**"I never thought I would think so much of a place. I'm always going to come back here regardless. This is my home now" -AU Kendall Simmons
Typical, too much bammer in him will be his defense. This is just unfreakinbelievable but I guess dat's how dey roll!
ON TO VICTORY - STRIKE UP THE BAND
Those stupid downing updykes.
"There's no doubt, we're going up."
He will probably get off free...the evidence is more than a little short...Finescum will probably reintroduce his tea"bag man" theory.
Sorry Phillip...I was only being sarcastic about the size of things....
Mayhap he will get a week in the county jail and ole Beudreaux can put a little to much LSU in him! War Eagle!!
Let there be no doubt, I am indeed a proud Pop!! War Eagle!!

I think that the "evidence" in question was what was hanging out.
Auburn from day one.
Bama should be considered a drug like cocaine. This is what happens when you have too much bama in you. Ask Jimmy Johns, or Rolando McClain, or Dre or Harvey and now this idiot. Interestingly if you type in "bama pl" on google, it auto fills in as "bama player arrested". When you do the same thing for "Auburn player" it auto fills to "Auburn players in the NFL". Rick James said it best, "Bama's a hell of a drug."
I've got too much Auburn in me to act like bammer trash.
Dude apparently got fired from his job at Hibbet Sports over this. He has the experience, so I wonder if he can get a new job at DICKS?
You hear about the crazy things people do but they are usually someone you have no connection with. When I first heard the name of the per(v)p, I almost crapped my pants. Not only did I used to work with this guy, he was actually my boss for a short time. Unbelievable!
This is what it looks like when a man makes heaven
come out of his six string
but the question is, will the evidence stand up in court?

In any case he should make it to the sex offenders list. Then when he gets out he will find out that it limits his living arrangements and the places he can hang out. Add to that job hunting should be interesting too, no more managers positions with national companies. I wish him the worst of luck when that time comes.
Dyin' ain't much of a living, boy - you know who
The only person happy about this situation is Updyke, hahahaha for obvious reasons - WDE
