We are @ fort walton and need to get to enterprise for a showchoir competition. Can someone tell me the best route. Thanks and War Eagle.
I-10 to 81N changes to 87.
You'll come dangerously close to Opp, the city that's two thirds P.

I have navigator on my phone but I thought someone from there would know the best way. It looks like there is no best way to get there. I'll just follow my phone.
Either 285N or 85N. Either way won't get you there much faster.
No easy way-way we go is 85 N to Florala, take a right onto 54, right onto 52 (just west of Samson). In Samson, turn left onto 87, then right onto 134. Takes about 2 hours. . .good luck! Side note-choral director at Enterprise is very good, was guest conductor for All County chorus here. . . .
My daughter is in the middle school choir at Albertville so we decided to come to the beach while we were close. Thanks for the help.
I live in Enterprise. I have made that trip many times. Quickest route is 85 N to I10 at Crestview. East on I10 to Bonifay. Exit at Bonifay(Hwy 79). North on Hwy 79(turns into 167 in Alabama) takes you straight to Enterprise.
Good Luck and War Eagle.
I live in eprise and grew up in FWB and still have a house there. Bonifay is way out of the way. 285 to Mossy Head, I10 to Defuniak, then to Samson to 87 to 134. By far the shortest route without taking pigtrail short cuts.
I am talking travel time, not shortest distance.
US 98 to US 331 to Opp.........cut over to Enterprise from there.
