Poses some interesting questions....
State of Auburn's recruiting class
Jeremy Johnson (Montgomery, Ala./Carver) and Reuben Foster (Auburn, Ala./Auburn) may be the two most important committed recruits among Auburn's 2013 class. Johnson developed into the leader of the group, while Foster is important due to the fact Auburn was able to flip him from Alabama.
Johnson is doing everything he can to keep the current class together.
"My message to my commitments is Jeremy Johnson will be committed to Auburn, I'm 100 percent," Johnson told Justin Hokanson of AuburnSports.com. "We are all in, we are a big family and we can do this, no matter how bad it seems just stay committed."
The key is Gene Chizik's future as head coach of the Tigers. Johnson may not be 100 percent if Chizik is dismissed.
"Coach Chizik is like my father," Johnson said. "People don't realize he's been recruiting me for four years and how much it would mean to me if he wasn't at Auburn. The relationship we have, and coach Trooper, they have been recruiting me before I even become a big-time player and before I blew up. They've been here before the rankings."
Trooper Taylor's presence on Auburn's staff is also very important to multiple recruits including Foster.
"Personally I think Foster sticks with Auburn as long as the Tigers retain Trooper Taylor, his primary recruiter," Mike Farrell of Rivals.com wrote.
Auburn may be best served to keep its current staff in place to retain the talent its been able to obtain in recent months.

"My message to my commitments is Jeremy Johnson will be committed to Auburn, I'm 100 percent,"
No Jeremy, you are committed to Chizik, not to Auburn.
How has Jeremy been a leader of this recruiting class when he comes out and publicly says, "If Chizik is gone, I'm gone" ....That's not a leader of a recruiting class. That is some guy that will jump ship with Mr. Oh Captain, My Captain Chizik.....
I was going to put a witty joke here, but I forgot bama fans still use picture books. So I thought I'd expedite the process for you...
All of this will come down to who we hire
Kids, (a) Changing speeds is more important than a curve ball (b) you play defense with your feet & (c) Wayne Hancock is the tits.
