***Luper said the way games play out as kept them from giving Tre Mason more carries. He said their objective the last couple of weeks has been to give him at least 20 carries.
"I want to see what he's like if he gets it 20, 25 times. Maybe 30," Luper said.
***Luper said Mason runs with a lot of desire and is hard to bring down. He said he worked very hard this summer to get stronger and it's paid off.
"He has things you can't measure. There's stuff inside him that I really like," Luper said.
***Luper said it's surprising how good Jay Prosch's hands are. He said they can use him out in space to catch the ball and we could see more of that in the future.
Pass the play sheet to Luper this week.

"Get in where you fit in." Life is, Too Short TL;DR
I Believe Auburn and Love IT...4 Life!
You should prepare yourself to live with the consequences of your decisions, whatever they may be.
Please give Mason the ball 25-30 times. He has worked hard enough to be the Bull of the corp...Feed him and he will find the endzone! And keep TAMU and that damn Offense on the sidelines.
If you cant be honest....whats the point of being anything?
Dyin' ain't much of a living, boy - you know who
Well, we have Luper saying 20-25 or 30 carries and Loeffler saying he wants to throw the ball downfield more... hmmm.... I'm not optimistic but who knows...
With this line and these QB's, we should focus on the run. We aren't capable of sustaining drives when we throw much because we have too many sacks.
Started at the bottom, now we here.....better get used to it.
