I Know alot of people dont care but lets look back at how he started. we opened up with Akansas state definatly nothing compared to clemson but heres how he started. In season opener vs. Arkansas State, rushed for 171 yards, accounted for five TD's and amassed 357 yards total offense ... So that being said what would everyone consider being solid vs Clemson. Now lets look at how we opened the SEC against the same oppoent and dont forgt this was a tough game.In SEC opener vs. Mississippi State, accounted for 274 yards of total offense with 136 passing, 70 rushing and 22 receiving ... Hit 11- of-19 passes (136 yards) with a pair of TD's ... Also made first career reception, a 22- yard throwback from Kodi Burns. So looking at this how do you really think Kiehl needs to play to be considered a first time starter. I really think he may surprise people and he definatly has the talent. Now i did this for fun not to compare but i was really interested in seeing this. So whats yalls guys opinion what does he really have to do to be successful!!
I think 150 yards passing and ~50 yards rushing, accounting for 3 touchdowns, I'll allow 1 turnover, and I'll consider it to be a really, really good game by KF. I think they will really pound out in the running game for the bulk of the offense and just bulldoze Clemson and depend on a dominant front 7 from the AU Defense. Now to be just a solid game... 120 yards passing and 10-15 yards rushing with accounting for 2 touchdowns and no turnovers and it'll be a solid start.

I want Keihl to manage the clock, be efficient and convert 3rd downs... If we can get them in a couple three and outs early then our offense can really wear them down... That was the formula to blow us out last year and it works against every hurry-up team without adequate depth on defense.
Fortunately Kiehl doesn't have to play against Cam.
+1 Worked like a charm
Good point about what our offensive and game strategy is likely to be this year... ball control and wear them down. There will likely be less plays ran, less offensive production by both teams, and our qb may not have to do as much as in the past.
