Athlete Cam Luper from Auburn (Ala.) High reported on his Twitter that Ole Miss offered. He already has offers from Vanderbilt, Southern Miss, Toledo and UTEP. He is the son of Auburn running backs coach Curtis Luper.

Auburn needs to play this one very carefully.. Don't want to end up losing both Lupers out of this. We need to go ahead and offer the kid IMO.
Isn't his dad recruiting coordinator? If he doesn't have a offer now that should tell you something. They are going for the best of the best. Still think he gets in but maybe late.
Auburn hasn't made any decision on Luper yet plus it's still more than 11 months until Signing Day.
Where is he project to play? Wide receiver?
Yes, most likely wide receiver.
Bryan, is there any conflict of interest with Coach Luper recruiting his son or is it best to have other coaching staff members so that? Just curious.
Dyin' ain't much of a living, boy - you know who
Coach Luper is not participating in his son's Auburn recruitment because he thinks that's the right thing to do.

Thanks for the response Bryan.
BM, Does AU need to use a scholly on Cam? With his dad being a coach wouldn't AU have consessions to allow his son to attend? If that is the case then save it and let him walk on.
Well, we know what one Cam did, I am ready to have another one on the plains!!!! WDE
