Bluegrass On The Plains, Memorial Day Week, May 23rd thru 27th, Bluegrass Festival, University Station RV Resort, Auburn, Alabama, Rhonda Vincent The Rage
I was in the area yesterday and motor homes were rolling in like it was a football weekend. I'm thinking of heading out tonight as we'll be at Larry Keel in Waverly tomorrow night.
The festival site is nice. If this one works, I'm considering bringing my buddy Sam Bush down for a show at this location during football season.
Would anyone here come for Sammy?
Sammy would be cool, hope it works out and I can make it to town.
Patterson and the rest of the Truckers sans Cooley will be at Standard Deluxe Sat. July 7. Mark it down. Gonna be a killer show. Me and the wifey are headed to see that lineup tomorrow night at The Melting Point in Athens. Leaving from there to go see Truckers at Banjo and BBQ fest in Evans, GA near Augusta on Saturday. Anybody in east GA or SC outta make it out for that - it's a sanctioned (St. Louis or Memphis - can't remember) BBQ competition and bluegrass fest. Not sure if Truckers are doing an acoustic set because of that or not. Should be interesting to see if Patterson breaks out the ol mandolin again for it.

Orange and Blue like the Auburn sky, War Eagle till the day I die.
Love Bluegrass and glad to see some at Auburn. They should change the name to:
