Which hire will have the biggest impact immediately?
Will he be able to help Frazier/Moseley turn the corner and play consistently enough for us to win more games?
Will his offense, which will obviously slow the pace down, have an immediate profound impact? (We are set up to run as much as we want to, with great effectiveness! This will certainly help out our "D".)
Who will be his stud? Blake? Blakeley? O-Mac? Lutz? Prosch? Reed? Others?
Will we get more pressure on the opposing QB?
Will we be able to shut down opponents who run the ball with great effectiveness? How consistently?
Will we tackle better, fundamentally? (This is critical!)
Will our LB corps be a force again soon? How soon?
Martinez? (Assuming that he's hired!)
Will we develop one of our young stud DB's into a lock-down corner?
Will opponents fear going across the middle against our safeties?
Will we somehow get our DB's to turn around and defend the pass, instead of face guarding? (I don't blame Coach Lolley for this...I just don't think some of the kids responded to being taught how to do it right. Let's hope CWM and CBVG can get the point across on fundamentals!)
Which players are going to benefit the most from these hires? Off.? Def?

If you cant be honest....whats the point of being anything?
I think we will see an immediate impact on our defense overall by the tandem of gorder and martinez.
Biggest impact on play next year "the experience we bring to the field as compared to last year."
..........BEAT BAMA .................BEAT BAMA..................BEAT BAMA
Defense without a doubt. Lefty is going to have to use a few smoke and mirror tricks until he can get his QB's up to snuff. I see improvement across the board from another year of maturity if nothing else. But on balance I think the defense can make the biggest improvement from last year to next year.
The much improved "O" line will have the most impact this year! It will help every other part of our offense in a positive way. Which ever running back is in the game will have success behind this line and the passing game will improve as well, because the QB will not be running for his life all the time. And the long drives will help keep the defense fresh for late in the game. It should be a much improved year all the way around...WDE!!
