Heard that on 97.3 this morning and they made a good point... how do you expect to get ANY continuity when you make 44 substitutions in one game? Apparently Barbee pulls them out for mistakes and lack of effort... well you can't play your best when you are looking over your shoulder afraid of getting yanked for making a mistake. I'm all for giving him one or two more years, but 44 substitutions is crazy to me.
This is for the Auburn Family and everyone who played here before we did. I love ya'll, War Eagle!' Nosa Equae 10/19/13 Kyle Field Texas A&M

A couple points, first, Barbee's substitution pattern is excessive, and definitely does not allow for continuity. Second, and most importantly, we don't have players with high basketball IQ's. Players that make others around them better, I would play the young kids and stop wasting my time with D-II talent like Chub and Wallace, etc. Hopefully we can get this next class in and keep our young kids, build some continuity and compete. I hate to say it, but we are still a couple years away and at that point we will know if Barbee is a game day coach or not.
