Sorry if this has been discussed already. I am just curious,
When Jordan Wilkins decided to announce he was no longer committed to Auburn did he actually have an offer from Auburn? Or did Gus and co re-evaluate him and decided to part ways?
Auburn moved on with Wilkins and several other former commits such as Arshad Jackson, Lemond Johnson and Jahmere Irvin-Sills.
Bryan did we pull his offer or just didnt pursue him after he decommitted?
^ yeah what this bammer asked...there is a lunch bet on this. :)
No class....The bet was his offer was pulled and he didnt decommit. He also stated that D Craig said there was no offer. Can you also clear up the D Liner offer. My coworker stated the offer was pulled even though you stated Dee called and decommitted. Thanks Bryan, just a friendly wager that needs to be settled.
You guys seem new. When Bryan says Auburn moved on that means there was not an offer. If there was one before it was pulled. It's not in his interest to use those words as a beat writer and he will not do it.
To note: the dude with 4 months membership told the other dudes with 23 and 28 months membership they must be new.
I'm pretty sure Bryan is capable of answering questions without posters throwing skirts out there as though he wanted something to hide behind.
Oh no worries my friends I know there was no offer its the bammer above that is wanting a more clear explanation on the matter. BMs explanation was good for me.
Just not the bammer
Auburn didn't pull his offer. Just didn't recruit him hard and he moved on.
Auburn didn't pull Liner's offer and visited him a couple of days after he decommitted. Auburn didn't pursue him any further after that visit. There were some intense discussions before Liner decommitted. Auburn wasn't going to let him play them.
Ever to Conquer!!
Thanks for clearing it up Bryan.
