A friend just told me that the town and the Auburn Hotel were dead too. 50,000-60,000?
That's sad as hell
Bet ya there will be more than everybody is predicting.
Maybe without a crowd we will play like it's another awesome practice.
Under 50? Wow... I thought we would have at least low to mid 50's
There is a group of us that always stay at the AU Hotel. none came this weekend!
It does not matter how many people are actually there because 85% of the tickets have already been sold through the ticket office (season ticket holders, stub hub ect...) so they have already made there money but if you want to get in to Jacobs pocket boycott spending any money in the stadium. That is where they make there profit.

My post said it does not matter cause the tickets have ALREADY been sold through the ticket office so AU has got their money. I also said don't spend money IN the stadium, wait and go outside to eat at local restaurants. When people ( gouge, Jacobs, Jackson) start seeing there concession stand and t-shirt stands IN the stadium not makin money (there profit honey holes) then they may start lookin around how they are running "their business". Boycott spending money IN THE STADIUM!
I know someone there now and he has been a package holder since 92 I believe. He just sent me a text saying he has never seen it so empty.
