Seems he has exceptional upper body strength and good athleticism. I can see why the coaches like him, especially running a HUNH offense.
This may work out better in the long run guys. Marshall is very athletic with good upper body strength (and room to grow some) which is ideal in the offense we run. Additionally, he is a very smart kid with exceptional GPA. In our offense the center has to be one of the most intelligent players on the field.
Really like his feet and hips. He is a mauler that needs to add about 30-40 lbs and get stronger. If he gets on a defender, he owns 'em and can rotate is hips and feet to move them where he wants to. I think he needs a little better initial punch, which will come with more weight and strength.
Get the 30-40 lbs on him , and a year in the weight room at AU and BOOM !
Looks like an upgrade to me. Offer him now.
