Nick Saban's process rolls on with another No. 1 signing class.
"you're so vain, I'll bet you think this post is about you, don't you? Don't you?"

Alabama will have to sign all 4 and 5 stars because a 3 star will be afraid to sign with them. Saban has finally went to far. How are they going to explain this to next years recruits. 3 stars and under are where the depth comes from.
A great recruiter? Really? yeah. i could be a great recruiter if i had 10 extra guys to chose from then run off the ten i didn't want. lol. nick saban is not a great recruiter. For goodness sake, bama is a traditional power and a state named school. The recruiting ground was laid long ago by this guy named bryant. Take a look at the top ten schools year in and year out, its mostly traditional powers with a few others mixed in. If a coach can't recruit to bama, oklahoma, texas, usc, notre dame, michigan, ohio st.,nebraska, miami, florida or florida st. then he is a complete idiot.
War Damn Eagle!!!
it is arguable. if he is such a great recruiter, then why does he have to run off about 10 guys a year that he recruited? he shouldn't be missing on these guys if he is such a great recruiter.

he is a good defensive coach. his head coaching tactics are very questionable. he goes through assistants like crazy. he is so abrasive nobody can work with him for very long. he treats players more like objects than people. he really has a plantation mentality. where he is the master and no one dare question him or his process. just look at the evidence. oversigning, grayshirting, medical schollys, guys leaving the program. star jackson. 5 star player. b.j. scott 5 star player. a few years ago he ran some off because of what he described as breaking team rules. several of these guys came back and said they violated no rules and were told there wouldn't be a spot for them. he slaps asses on the sideline while screaming and yelling like a spoiled brat. grown men don't act like that.
