I'm an old school lee Scott dude well 7 years ago
Dude. That's not old.
Grandsons went to Glenwood, one graduated in '09, the other graduates this year. This year's graduate was on the AISA All-Star football team (B. Daley, QB). Saw all their games - not near as many teams as there once were. Some of the schools have shifted over to the public leagues, while some have shut down. The teams I watched this year looked a lot like public schools in the 80s, as far as size, speed, etc. of the players. However, if about 3 of them were put together, they'd give most public schools a run for their money. Of course, my grandson thinks they'd beat both Central and Smiths Station! They probably wouldn't, but it wouldn't be for lack of trying! Of course, Tim Hudson went to Glenwood......WDE!!
