Just because he is overdue and certainly has the tools to be a leader on the D.
An exceptional impact type player who can excel at WR or kick returner or wildcat waiting an entire year to strut his stuff - 'nuff said.
He's ready to run between the tackles and as fast as ever.

Quarterback (who ever wins the job) . We are going to have consistant quarterback play to compete. Defenses are going to load the box and stop the ground game.
Just b/c nobody is giving them any credit and this could be the most overall talented we have had. After experience they will be scary.
If you have to ask why I love Auburn so much...never mind

And because Auburn men and women believe in these things, I believe in Auburn and love it.

I agree with those that have said Omac, but just for the sake of adding some fodder for conversation I will say D. McNeal. He's fast, rangy, and has an uncanny ability for finding the ball. He has the talent to be the best safety at Auburn in years. Just based on the glimpses of talent we've seen from him, I will say he has a good shot at All-SEC this year if he remains healthy.
"Listen, Carnell Williams has been an inspiration to this football program and to this university. We're going to miss him when he's gone."
Emory Blake will have the biggest impact. Darvin Adams is who he'll be replacing. He will be the go to guy on third and 4th downs.
#HUNH try and stop us!!!!
We're going to be so young and inexperienced this year it's hard to say but I really feel we are going to need big things out of Jake Holland.
Quindarious Carr- tall fast and if you watch the spring game he can run a post and get past the safety!!! Watch n see! WDE
As far as positional improvement, I'm going to go with the defensive backs... especially CB. This is going to open up run defense so much more that it'll make stars out of the DL. Lemonier is going to have a monster year, as will Eguae.
For overall, visual, impact, I think Dyer is going to be "the man" this year. When the game is on the line and AU needs 2-3 yards for a first down, he'll be totin' the rock.
Biggest impact... Reese Dismukes. I think he will be the starting center. He'll be calling the protections and making reads for the OL. i think he's a superstar in the making.
