4-star quarterback David Cornwell from North in Norman, Okla., is visiting Auburn Tuesday. He also plans to visit Tennessee Saturday and Alabama Monday. He visited Auburn for a game last fall and is one of the Tigers' top targets.

Bring him home Gus!
Go get him Gus and make him see that there is no place like home and that being the Home of the Auburn Tigers where he can bleed orange and blue and become a part of the Legacy that Gus & Company is starting to build!!!!WDE

The Gus Bus is coming! Get on or get run over, your choice!
Question for Bryan or other offensive scheme aficionados... I am somewhat surprised that a pro-style QB, as opposed to a dual-threat QB, would be among our top targets. Can you help me understand? He does look to be a good one but it also seems we are in an uphill battle here. WDE
Malzahn's offense can be very effective with a more pro-style quarterback at the helm as evidenced by the record-breaking season Chris Todd had in 2009. Cornwell ran for over 700 yards last season so he certainly has some athleticism.
Fair enough. And, true enough. Thanks for responding Bryan! WDE
Thanks Bryan. It would be fun to see this guy in this system.
a better example is how his pro style QBs at Tulsa stock piled pass TDs and pass yards.
Chris Todd was a Mike Leach/Hal Mummy type QB more than a traditional NFL QB. Does Leach EVER have his QB under center?
