A 4-star in-state ATH talks about a recent trip to Auburn.
"I'm just glad to be looked at by colleges" Smith said. This Kid gets it. These kids truly are blessed to have these talents and opportunity to play college ball. Now on other side of coin these universities are blessed to have such great PRODUCTS to continue cashflows but thats a different topic.....I'm just glad this kid seems humble!
6'1", 160? No matter how good he is, he's going to need to put some meat on his bones before he'll be able to play in this league.
Had the same thought.

I always think it is humorous when a 17-18 kid says that an experienced coach "knows what he's talking about". Like the kid has the insight and experience to assess the coach. It would be better if the young athlete just said "I really liked what he shared with me."
I wouldn't analyze it that much, it's just something you say.
If you have to ask why I love Auburn so much...never mind
