Barkley was bang on. He is really just talking about how the media goes with one thing and forgets everything else. Kind of reminds you of a little story about another QB last year doesn't it.

I think Tebow is an inspirational story and I for one am happy for him but, bottom line is this Tebow =ratings and that my friend =money to the TV people!

Wow I got a down vote for the truth? tough board I guess today! Remember I am not saying he is a good QB yet I am simply telling the facts behind the Tebow push as I see it!! just an opinion.

You mean inspirational in terms of his ability to keep a straight face when he lies about how no one thought he could be a college QB?
Hmm.. Was that before or after he was the highest rated high school QB maybe in history? Or before or after ESPN made a freakin' documentary about him WHILE he was still in high school? This guy has been a media darling since he was 15 years old.
Now he is capitalizing on it in a big way and making out like a bandit. Good for him. He is still an awful QB who throws the most inconsistent passes in the NFL.
