He is not a convicted felon. The charges were dropped against him. However, the Limo he was in the night of a party after the Superbowl did speed away from the murder scene and did have the two accused of the murder in it as well. He did later admit he lied to police at first trying to protect the people in the limo. He made a plea bargain with officials to testify against the other two men accused of murder so that his charges were dropped and he spent one year on probation. In addition, the NFL fined him $250,00. After saying that, the two men ultimately charged with murder were acquited.
Finally, Ray Lewis and the parties on behalf of India Lollar who was actually the four year old daughter of one of the victims reached an agreement to settle the upcoming civil suit. The settlement was supposedly at least 7 figures. The white suit that Ray Lewis had on that night has never been found for whatever that could mean.
That's just the facts ma'am.
