No brainer to me....
Bet if you asked NFL general managers this question it would be lopsided at least. Bet the Carolina Panthers are glad Luck decided to stick around another year.
I mean, the one guy asking the question do you want a quarterback or a running back.
The better question would be: do you want a top 10 NFL passer that can run like a top 10 NFL running back? Or, a top 10 NFL passer?
A winner? Really? Cam is less of a winner than Luck? Without Cam, Carolina is winless. When they get him support, they will win the Super bowl. I can't wait.
I can't believe some of these guys get paid for their bright minds! They can't even acknowledge what they see!
Luck will probably be a great one. But no doubt, Cam is the easy choice here.

Cam will probably be rookie of the year in the NFL. Question is, would Luck have been ROTY if drafted by the Panhers? I think the answer is probably, no.

1 plays in the PAC 12 and the other plays against the NFL. How do you even ask this question? How can a so called expert say Luck. Herm Edwards was saying the Colts need to trade Manning and get Luck. Sounds like he has Newton Fever.
I dont think Luck has the arm Cam does, not to mention the other skills. I dont think we know how well Luck can throw the deep ball. He does not have pro style receivers that can get behind people. He does complete lots of passes to the TE and more mid range passes.
This is retarded at best.
I don't watch the NFL very much. Never have. I find it boring in comparison to the college game.
However, I do keep up with Auburn players and how they make out.
But, that is not even a part of this to me.
Last Saturday I heard one of the slobbering heads on TV (Gameday, I think) say that Luck may be the
best college QB we have ever seen. What? Not in my top ten.
It makes no sense to me to discount running skills when grading QBs. This is akin to discounting
Elvis Presley's showmanship and other skills (Dancing, style, etc.) in order to state that Ricky Nelson (also not in my top ten) was the true King of Rock and Roll.
Folks, the numbers speak for themselves.
A 66.1% D-1a completion percentage as a starter, 2,854 passing yards, 30 TD passes, 1,586 rushing yards, 24 TD runs, a 5.6 yd p/c avg., all in one season. THE BCS NATIONAL TITLE. The NJCAA National Title. Heisman, Maxwell, Walter Camp, Davey O'Brien, Manning, AP Player of the Year, 1st team All American by virtually every publication in the free world, 1st overall draft pick, and 1st year starter in the NFL.
After watching Tim Tebow play, I thought I had seen the best I would ever see. Then came Cam.
A lot of people, out of unconditional affection for other players (Bo Jackson, Herschel Walker, Tim Tebow, etc.) place Cam
in the 2nd spot. That dog don't hunt.
Someone, someday, like Cam did Tebow, will surpass Newton in skill and talent.
It ain't gonna be Luck that does it.
Hating uga since 1892.
I think many of the people who posted comments were very complementary. At least they are posting opinions based on what he has done this season and are not holding grudges for what they think he did last season, based on rumors.
I have been thinking since Tebow's melt down last Sunday, that he needs to employ the people who got Cam ready for this season. They taught Cam how to take the ball from under center, how to improve his footwork and more that he and many others felt he lacked to be an NFL qb. I think Tebow should hire those people (or similar ones) now to get ready to improve during the off season.
Auburn...a family tradition since 1905
