Vince Young, Tim Tebow, or Michael Vick.
After watching the Steelers yesteday, I think Cam is most like Ben Roethlisberger. The size comparison is obvious, Ben is 6'-5" and about 245 lbs. Cam is 6'-6" and about 250+. For some reason, most people think of Ben as more of a Ryan Mallett type. Big statue in the pocket kind of guy.
But what makes Ben special, and he is special, is his ability to extend a play with his size and athleticism. He'll never be mistaken for Cam by taking off for 40 yards and stopping on a dime and changing directions like a kick returner, but Ben is very elusive and much more athletic than he's given credit for.
To me, Cam is very similar, and to me, he is more likely to be a Roethlisberger type QB than a Vince Young, Mike Vick, or Tim Tebow.
When I was watching and pondering that during the game yesterday, I vaguely remembered reading about someone that had the same conclusion. Below is an article by Bruce Feldman, in which he speaks to an QB guru who has actually worked with Roethlisberger.
Ironically, more than 6 weeks after Feldman spoke to this guy, Cam has hired him as a pre-draft tutor.

nice comparison. i'd have to agree, but it's going to take the right team to help him fall into the big ben category and not the vince young style.
