Some ladies on here might consider the avatar rude in and of itself. Let's not try to police free speech and the opinions that come with them. When u put yourself out there literally and figuratively, you should expect some opinions that aren't all roses and rainbows.

In all seriousness, everything isn't black & white and there are shades of gray when it comes to courteous commentary, IMHO. I agree with you to a point, but I don't think putting an attractive picture of oneself should inherently open oneself up to any and all comments. I feel offended every time I have to look at a picture of Nick Saban but I don't criticize him for it ;)

But you do make a good point...

She is an excellent source of information and has been a great contributor here - I'd just hate to see her go.

All I can say is daddy likey! I hope she keeps posting new profile pics.
