I am disappointed that on the opening day of basketball seasom there is not a story on the front page. We have talked and debated the football situation (which is very depressing)
enough. Let's talk about something that shows some promise and excitement - our basketball team. Be there tonight!

I agree, I thought i would see more about basketball here...ready to see improvement on the court, FANS/STUDENTS SUPPORT AUBURN BASKETBALL, BEAT WRITERS PROMOTE AUBURN BASKETBALL.

The students (up to this point) have been about the only ones supporting the team. Its been pretty packed for both exhibition games.
That being said, I am very very excited about this season. We finally have the depth and ability to be relevant! With Frankie back in scoring form and the addition of some talented freshman (& JUCO) players I think we can finally make a nice leap in the right direction this year! There is a lot to be excited about!!!
