"So last night I got booed at the FCA rally by the bama fans. Not surprising to say the least..."
Color me shocked....

Instantly connect to whats most important to you. Follow your friends, experts, favorite celebrities, and breaking news.
Standard lack of class by a substandard fan base.
I'm not surprised.
Strive for perfection in everything we do. Take the best that exists and make it better. When it does not exist, create it.
This would be nice info to get to all current and future recruits and families. This is what you will be sending your boys into at the tuscaloosa tea party
Today is a great day to love Auburn, a little better than yesterday but not as good as tomorrow.

My daughter was at the banquet. She said it was a pretty ugly scene. The bammers should have been ashamed, but they weren't. I asked her if anyone else was booed, and she said no. She tweeted Josh afterwards and told him she and others were cheering as loud as they could for him and gave him a big War Eagle!
I bet they'll all be in church Sunday talking about what they got out of their FCA trip, and thinking what wonderful Christians they are. It never ceases to amaze me at the complete ignorance of a fan base.
Knowing Josh, I'm pretty sure he could care less if they were booing him. He is a quality man and represents Auburn better than most...
Another tidbit...in Joshs first week with Chiz as HC he said he had more conversations on and off the field than he ever had with Tommy...makes you see the difference in the two. Glad to have Chiz at Auburn.

Too true .... my son and I were at a special scout night at the Talladega speedway a few years ago, 2008 or 2009 the day that UAT beat LSU in an evening game. Auburn had beaten someone earlier in the day I think for homecoming. At the assembly later the announcer mentioned UAT's win to loud and prolonged cheers from thehundreds of cub scouts and dads who were mostly from the Birmingham area. We sat quietly. A moment later the announcer said "Well ... and I think Auburn beat somone today ....." and loud boos roared from the scouts crowd. Keep in-mind that this is scouting where polite, cheerful, respectful behavior is supposed to be the standard!
I couldn't take it .. so when the booing stopped my son and I stood up and yelled "Bama sucks! Go Tigers! " as loud as we could. I got a lot of looks from the UAT scum around there but I didn't care ... someone had to stand-up to them. At least maybe a few of them realized that they had crossed the line. Honestly they often seem to have this sort of mob mentality where even decent people seem to think that they own the state and that no AU fans exist around here. AU fans sometimes seem to take this attitude and being so greatly outnumbered so we just sit quiet and let them run us down.
Auburn...a family tradition since 1905
