Do you think our staff sees him as a guy that can come in, redshirt, get healthy, then compete as a redshirt junior for a starting job?

Haven't thought about that but schools normally don't sign JUCO players unless they expect them to play right away. I'm sure they'll have doctors examine him this weekend.

Gotcha. If he can maintain his grades I would think it would be a win/win for us. We lose Whitaker and Carter next year. Having a healthier Toby Johnson for an extra year would make sense to me. We'll see how it shakes out.
