The article I saw concerned Memphis City Schools, not the NCAA. It did not say that there was "not any" wrong doing. It said that they found no evidence of "any other" wrong doing. So far as I know, the NCAA has not issued any kind of statement. The fact in the case remains, someone improperly changed his grade. The NCAA was investigating to see if any football program had anything to do with that. So far as I know we have not heard from the NCAA yet.
